About Aero VJTI
AeroVJTI is the aero-modelling club of Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI). A student-run society, AeroVJTI promotes aero-modelling and design.
Our Work
We design and build RC Aircraft and participate in national and international competitions like SAE India and AIAA D/B/F in the USA. We have also competed in SAE Aero-Design (USA) and Future Flight Design (FFD) in Turkey.
Mentorship & Outreach
We mentor juniors to develop their own designs and models through workshops in schools and colleges. We also conduct awareness programs in NGOs under 'PRATIGYA' to share knowledge and spark interest in aero-designing.
Our Goal
Our goal is to represent our club in different national competition as well as India on a international level, further develop the club's legacy, and popularize aero-modelling in India. We strive to reach the top by combining expertise, experience, and innovative ideas.

Educating young minds
Glider Workshop 2020
This Workshop Introduced students to the fundamentals of flight and aircraft design through interactive lectures and hands-on glider construction. Participants built and flew their own gliders, experiencing the thrill of flight and the joy of creation as their models soared successfully across the skies. ✈
Aero Exhibition
AERO VJTI showcased their expertise in aeronautics and aerodynamics through engaging displays and explanations. The event drew massive crowds, especially curious children, and even featured a visit from ex–Air Chief Marshal B.S. Dhanoa ✈
AQUILA 2019
This workshop saw thrilling flight sessions by AERO VJTI, where over 25 teams showcased their flying skills. The skies came alive with powerful gliders and fierce competition—a truly spectacular sight! ✈
The Glider Workshop
This Workshop introduced school students to the exciting world of aviation. Through engaging sessions, they learned the basics of aerodynamics and built their own gliders. The young participants experienced the joy of flight as their creations soared high across the skies. ✈
